Thorough Vendor Search:
 
  -  Solicit proposals and help you evaluate each option based upon agreed criteria
  -  Assist in identifying those service providers whose strategies match your 
     company's needs
  -  Invite a select few service providers to present their program in more detail
 
Plan Type Selection and Plan Design Support: When selecting and designing a retirement plan, a plan sponsor must consider such issues as employee demographics, the goals and challenges of the company, and the financial implications of offering a plan.

Investment Information: 
 
  -  Work with you to analyze current participant behavior
  -  Analyze 401k investment options to help ensure adequate representation of
     investment categories
  -  Support your efforts in making a final selection for plan investment options
  -  Provide ongoing information to evaluate investment offerings
 
Transition Assistance: Changing providers can be a complex and difficult task if it is your first time. I work with service providers to help ensure a smooth transition. As with any change, communication is the key. I can help you get everyone involved on the same page, to avoid unwanted surprises or disappointments.
 
ONGOING MAINTENANCE AND ANNUAL REVIEW
 
Coordinating / Conducting Enrollment Meetings: I will coordinate and conduct enrollment meetings as well as obtain your service providers assistance to help deliver enrollment meetings, if appropriate.
 
Individual and Group Investment Education: I can at your discretion, be available for one on one investment education meetings. I can provide an overall financial planning consultation that will allow participants to ask questions and receive education related to their specific personal financial goals. I can provide a valuable benefit to your employees' through investment seminars designed to address your employees' unique needs.
 
Conducting Re-enrollment Meetings:
 
  -  Increasing employee awareness of plan benefits
  -  Suggesting options to maximize participation and increase employee deferrals
  -  Helping participants explore appropriate asset allocation
